When service needs arise, the Cypress Group has some of the best factory-trained technicians available to have your equipment up and running again - usually within the day. We have 14 technicians covering the Southern Alberta area, north to Nanton and between the BC, Saskatchewan and US borders. We pride ourselves on fast, efficient service for your business. Repairs can be made on-site, or you can also bring the equipment to one of our two offices, either in Lethbridge or Medicine Hat.
At the Cypress Group, service goes beyond cleaning or repairing of equipment. Our team will train your staff on the use of your new equipment and provide networking solutions for additional equipment in your office. And when you need supplies, you can choose the way you order – by phone or on-line. We offer no charge deliveries within Lethbridge and Medicine Hat, though rush orders may have a nominal fee. The Cypress Group will also deliver to any other location, either collect or prepaid & charge, whichever method is customer preferred. We offer service and supplies for:
